V1.1.3 is live, and here are the improvements since V1.1.2:
Loading: Fixed hangs when loading the library and resolved loading issues on some Windows systems.
Crashes: Fixed crashes when loading the plugin and when switching presets.
MIDI Learn & Session Saving: Fixed a possible hang when using MIDI Learn and resolved an issue where plugin state was lost when saving a session during loading.
Troubleshooting Access: Settings now open even if the library path can't be found.
Multi-Instance Stability: Improved stability when running multiple instances across your mix.
Library Path Updates: Library folder changes apply immediately, without restarting your DAW.
Preserved Custom Paths: Updates no longer overwrite your custom library location.
Updated Frameworks: Updated core frameworks for better compatibility.
The update runs through the Kickforge Updater, which was installed automatically alongside the sampler.
Follow these steps exactly:
Open the Kickforge plugin window.
Click the Kickforge logo at the top of the interface to access the Settings view.
Click the LAUNCH UPDATER button in the bottom bar to open the updater.
Save your session and close the DAW before proceeding to ensure a successful update.
Open the folder where you installed Kickforge.
Double-click the Kickforge Updater executable.
Select "Update Components" and make sure all boxes are ticked.
Run the update.
That's it. No full reinstall. No re-downloading the library.
If you haven't installed the Drumforge Updater yet, or you're doing a completely fresh install, grab version 1.0 from the original download link sent to your email. After that first clean install, all future updates go through the updater.
Reach out to the Drumforge support team at support@drumforge.com. We'll walk you through it manually and make sure you're up and running.

Joel Wanasek's mix of Skillet's "Lift Me Up" hit #1 on iTunes Rock and #9 on iTunes All Genre charts day one. That's his eighth number one overall, and the seventh in the last three years. "It is always exciting to get one," he says, "because you might only get on a couple of tracks a year that really have the potential to chart like that.” "Lift Me Up” was produced by David Cowell, who Joel describes as “one of the hardest working and most focused producers in rock.”
