Why don't my past orders show up in my account area?
For an order to show in a user's account area, a user account will have to be created before making a purchase of the order.
Any order made prior to July 13th, 2015 will not appear in your account area. This is by design, and we have kept track of exactly every order internally. If you need help downloading an older order, you must contact support by emailing support@drumforge.com.

When will I get my order?
All orders are instant. If you don't receive your order immediately, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or your email server's spam filter has blocked your order email from arriving to your inbox. Check with your internet service provider or email provider to see what happened. Any orders paid with an e check will be held until the check clears.
My download attempts ran out, what do I do?
Downloads are available for 30 days after purchase or renewal of download attempts. Please email support if you need to renew your download attempts. support@drumforge.com

Can I install my plugin on multiple computers?
You are granted a single user license when you install the plugin, which means you can install it on multiple machines so long as you are the sole user of those machines.
