ISO Installation Instructions

Windows 7

If your machine runs Windows 7, then you will need a program to extract the contents of the ISO image of a Drumforge sampler. Windows 8 and above, and macOS do not require extra tools. Some programs capable of unpacking the installation files are:

Windows

1. Download the installation ISO.
2. Open the installation image
1. Windows 7; use one of the programs listed above to extract all of the contents of the installation image to another folder.
2. Windows 8 & above; Double click on the ISO to mount the image as a virtual drive.
3. Run .exe installer.
4. Ensure at least one version of the plugin is selected (either AAX for Pro Tools users, or VST3 for other DAWs)
5. During installation, you will have the option to specify where you would like to store the Drumforge Library.
   

macOS

1. Download the installation ISO.
2. Double click on the ISO image to mount it as a Volume.
3. Run the .pkg installer.
4. Ensure at least one version of the plugin is selected (either AAX for Pro Tools users, AU for Logic & Garageband users, or VST3 or for other DAWs)
5. During installation, you will have the option to specify where you would like to store the Drumforge Library.
