DF-CLIP 2 is an amazing combined tool, very intuitive, super simple to use! It works not only on drum tracks but on any instruments very well. Many clippers vsts use to create some digital noise or distortion, but DF-CLIP 2 maintains the clear sound! Very powerfull tool.
I like this guy, great price and so simple to use. Other standard clippers always feel like they take far too long to dial in (much longer than they should). This was effective immediately!

I’m just angry that I didn’t pick this up sooner. It’s so easy to dial in fat snares and kicks in seconds.
I have been using it on drums (this is why I originally purchased it) but I confirm it can also be used on a mastering chain very effectively - which gives it an additional value.
Since I got DF-CLIP 2 I have uninstalled all other clippers. It's very versatile and looks amazing. Above that, the different sounds you can get are what makes this tool a must-have one solution.

I purchased this plugin to see if it could add anything to my signal chain. I wasn't surprised when it ended up replacing my post EQ and limiter. The multi-band controls are simple yet effective. The layout is great and the coloring is minimal. I am yet to try it on my master, but definitely excited to!

I used the DF Clip 1 a lot previously, and really liked it. This however is a BIG step up! Sounds much cleaner and more controlled, but leaves a lot of punch to your mix unlike some other clippers.
Being able to compare to the old algorithm in this plugin really shows just how far it's come, and the other algorithms can really dirty things up further. All the options!
Great work! My one tiny gripe is changing fine increments on the controls is a little tricks as they feel a little "slippery", but you can always just type in the value you want

I use this on the drums bus as well as the snare (will try to use this on mastering). It's very controlled, effective, and transparent, and has a clear sound. Really useful and easy to use.
