I thought the snares and kicks were really good. Def added power to my mix. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the toms. I didn’t care for them at all. Def recommend getting though for the kicks & snares.
Basically what I said in the title. The drum samples are exactly the same as the mic for "Tendinitis". I'm also using the electric and pop samples for other things. This was totally worth $9!

I use GGD products and they sounds great. Honestly haven't bothered with samples because of how good the base sounds are. I bought these specifically for reinforcing some live drums that I had tracked and it worked great, but coupled with the GGD stuff it absolutely ripped. Would recommend to all. Not just metal folk, these samples are killer.
The one shots sound great for kick and snare. The toms dont feel very usable, but still a great value.
So to my surprise the files you get are all very specific elements that could make up a killer snare sound. But you have to blend them to get the sound you want. I’m more than capable of doing this in Slate Trigger. It’s just that my expectations were that it would be several different killer sounding snares. It’s not. It’s several different aspects of a snare that you blend together to make a killer sounding snare.

These shotz are what I’ve been missing in my drum mixes. Very long story short they work greatly if your drums need more life in the mix. They are very settle which in my opinion works beautifully. Don’t be like me and keep putting it off on purchasing Drumshotz!!
i first listened to the samples by itself and thought „what the hell am i supposed to do with this“. But as soon as i blended the main kick and main snare with some recorded snare and kick it instantly gave this in-your-face drum sound i always love in luke holland songs. thanks taylor! thanks luke!
The experience was easy and quick, but personally I wasn't impressed much with the diversity of the samples and what they were. Great quality though.

Tons of samples in this pack. Lots to sort through but if you want Taylor Larson’s snare sound this is the pack to buy. Wonderful price.
